I have a question about...

How do I add, remove, and update items in my shopping cart?
To add an item, simply click on the corresponding "add to cart" button. To change the quantity, enter a new quantity and click on the "update cart" button. To remove an item, enter "0" for the quantity and click on the "update cart" button.

Why aren't any items showing up in my shopping cart?
You may need to enable cookies and/or javascript on your browser. The default settings for all web browsers should work fine with our online shopping cart, but if you've made changes or increased your security settings, it may interfere with normal Internet browsing. How can I save my shopping cart for later?
Your shopping cart should remain active (saved) for 12 hours by default. There is no way to save your shopping cart contents indefinitely however. To do so would require you to setup an account, which goes against our policy of simplicity and privacy.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

I'm not comfortable with ordering online. Is there any other way?
Sorry, but Trust Nature is strictly an online store. We do not offer phone or mail ordering at this time. However, our online ordering system is 100% secure.

What is your privacy policy?
At Trust Nature, we protect your privacy as if it were our own. We only use the information you provide to us to a) process your order, b) reply to your comments/questions, and c) occasionally email you important news. We will never share, sell, or distribute your private information to any 3rd party.

Is my order secure?
All orders placed through TrustNature.com are 100% secure and encrypted. Our website utilizes the highest level of internet security. All confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This information is encrypted and can only be read on your computer and our servers. It is unreadable during transit over the internet so hackers and online spies cannot steal your information. We do not save or store your credit card information either.

How much will shipping cost?

US Shipping: We offer $5.95 flat rate Priority shipping to all US customers. Priority shipping is totally free when your order exceeds $99. We also offer First Class and Express shipping. Please add an item to your shopping cart to view exact shipping options and prices.

International Shipping: Although we do not offer $5.95 flat rate shipping or free shipping to international customers, we do have affordable options available. Please add an item to your shopping cart to view exact shipping options and prices. Important: Depending on the country and value of the order, there may be a customs duty charged to the importer of goods (you). This charge is completely out of our hands, and is solely the customer's responsibility.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the next business day (Monday - Friday) after ordering online. We will notify you as soon as possible if we expect any kind of delay.

How long will shipping take?
We try to provide reasonable estimates of shipping times, but in the real world these may not always be 100% accurate. Generally speaking though, the closer you are to Arizona, the quicker it will be. Please add an item to your shopping cart to view shipping options and estimated shipping times.

What is your return policy?

Derm-Essentials: All Derm-Essentials products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Important: if returning multiple bottles/sticks of the same Derm-Essentials product, only 1 can be opened. Note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

All other products: All products (other than Derm-Essentials) may be returned UNOPENED within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Important: The returned products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. Note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Has my order shipped and how can I track it?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships with a tracking number (in most cases) and instructions. If it has been more than one business day since you placed an order, and still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us for assistance. Note: you may need to look in your SPAM or Junk email folder.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
We do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping of your order, but once it's dropped off at the Post Office, it's completely out of our control. Please be patient and allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us for assistance.

Are your Derm-Essentials products available in my local health store?
No, Derm-Essentials products are only available online at TrustNature.com. The low overhead of an online store allows us to offer the lowest prices possible.
